- Check your email first – notices are sent on December 1.
- Go to https://www.texasawi.org/my-account
- Log into your account
- If you’ve lost/forgotten your password, check ‘Request Password’
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Click ‘Request Password’
- This will send an automated email with your password in plain text. Please use and delete.
- Return to website and login
- Adjust contact Profile info, Additional contacts, as desired
- If you requested your password to log in, please click ‘Change’ and create a new one
- Click ‘Renew, Upgrade or Update Billing’
- Check one of these options:
- Credit Card – Automatic Renewal
- Credit Card – One Year
- Request an Invoice (*see below)
- If you select Credit Card, enter payment information, then click ‘Save & Continue’
* If you select ‘Request an Invoice’ you will be emailed an invoice with a link which you can forward to your accounting dept. They will be able to pay online, using a provided link. No login required.
Important – If you check the lower box labeled ‘Email me an invoice for payment’, you’ll get a new menu that will allow you to view/print the invoice and/or email it directly to your accounting department.
Online payment is preferred, but we understand some companies must pay with a physical check.
Use the ‘Request an Invoice” feature above, then mail to:
